Latin American Indigenous Ministries(LAIM) supported Felipe Ramos and his work among the Totonacs since 1973. In 2021 the LAIM Board voted to transition this ministry to the newly formed TOTONAC BIBLE CENTER, INC. located in Katy, TX.          Manuel Arenas' dream  to provide Bible training for Totonac pastors and leaders in their mother tongue lives on, and indeed thrives, through the Aschmann Training Center built and supported by THE TOTONAC BIBLE CENTER, INC. In 2026 we have 11 first year students receiving sound Bible teaching and discipleship at the Aschmann Center (2 year curriculum). Three of our Cristian workers this year will complete their academic requirements for an associates degree at Central American Theological Seminary (SETECA), a well known seminary serving latin america. These seminary students will join 3 other teachers to give us a full compliment of 6 at the Aschmann Center.
